So what is this programme?
Over the years we have been asked by many hoteliers whether they could join the team, having seen how much fun we have, and the innovation we bring. Unfortunately, not everyone is able to move to the Climber office in Lisbon, and with the Referral Programme, this is no longer a requirement.
Be apart of the Climber Team from wherever you are based, all you need is a computer and a wifi connection to start.
Speak your customer's language
We have hotels in many countries. In a number of countries we have learned its critically important to speak the local language. At Climber, unfortunately, we do not speak all the languages that our system supports, so this is where our local referrers come in, who can meet customers directly in their hotel and consult with them in their own language.
Meet customers in person
Climber solves challenges for all departments in a hotel, which is amazing, but it also complicates the sales process. So we are looking for real specialists, who can clearly explain the benefits of Climber versus the old solutions. So, we want you to identify very qualified leads, so we can speak to the right person and so we put in place our sales process and close the client.
Should you offer any technical support to customers?
Nope, we are a Cloud solution, so all of the technical support is handled from our office in Lisbon.
What investment does climber make into you?
During the first 6 months, we will invest in you with the following means:
- Training
- Support Desk Solution: all customers can submit support questions via our automatic ticketing system, which then assigns questions from your hotels to you, to be answered within 24 hours.
How much money will you make?
We believe you should be able to use this as a secondary source of income, if you follow our programme and trainings.
7% over Total Contract Revenue
Hotels go on a monthly subscription model with Climber. This pricing starts from 350€ (considering a hotel with 100 rooms), per month, but ranges (upwards) due to the size of the hotels.
You will make 7% of the total value of the contract signed.
What would your revenues be like?
Below scenario is built on a one-man-show. Imagine what those revenues could be if you expand your team, and results start growing exponentially.
Within the first year, you should easily be able to provide 10 qualified leads of an average size of 100 rooms. You should still be able to provide another 20-25 hotels annually in consecutive years.
YEAR 1:
- Contract Value= 1000 rooms (10 hotels)x 3.5 Euro = 21,000€ x 12 months (avg. contract)
- Your Revenue = 42k Eruto x 7% = 2,940 Euro / Avg. 294 Euro per Lead
Note: our target are hotel chains with average 5 to 6 hotels, with average 100 rooms per hotel. This means the revenue per Lead may be higher, depending on the size of the hotel chain.
